Greetings to all
RCCG thanks everyone who has supported the Reading Carnival throughout the years. It has been an important and much valued annual event. Therefore RCCG is aware of it's importance and ensures that the carnival is sustainable and safe for all to attend in the future.
The RCCG are planning a Virtual Carnival Event
DATE: Monday 31st May 2021
TIME: 12pm - 7pm
The Theme for the Virtual Event :'The History of Reading Carnival 1977 to present day'
There are a series of planned events on that day, including judging of costume and prizes, steelpan, sound systems, interviews with local talents and much more.
Can you help towards the prizes?
We are fundraising for the competition prizes and therefore appreciate any contribution/donation, such as:-
- financial contribution
- being one of the judges
- provided vouchers/prizes
All contributors will have their businesses advertised throughout the event on all our social media sites.
