The court case is against the alleged 'ethnic cleansing' by property developers !
John Mussington, a marine biologist and Jacklyn Frank, a retired teacher took the legal battle on, against the government of Antigua and Barbuda in 2018 to a UK High Court a few days ago.
They were concerned with the possibility of a private airport would destroy the environment in the east of the Caribbean country
This is huge !
