Rhian Graham, 29, Milo Ponsford, 25, Jake Skuse, 32, and Sage Willoughby, 21, are due to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court on January 25.
The charge is related to the destruction of the Edward Colston in June 2020 when the Edward Colston was toppled into the Bristol Sea.
This happened at the BLM Protest, the statue has been a controversial issue for many years in Bristol because of Edwards Colston association as a 'slavemaster' and his involvement in slavery.
