Breathing Space Service (mental health crisis offering short term crisis support)

The Berkshire West Breathing Space service is a safe, welcoming and supportive space for anybody aged over 18 experiencing emotional distress and struggling to cope. Whatever the reason for you feeling distressed or in crisis – they’re there to help you. The Service started on the 3rd September 2021 along Ajilon House, Friar Street, Reading and is open 5pm-11pm, Friday to Monday. You can access Breathing Space in person at their central Reading hub, online via video chat, or on the phone.
