🎉📣NIGHT SHELTER FOR PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESNESS OPENING IN READING!!!
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO OPEN ON 22ND DECEMBER 2023.
WE have some wonderful news to share!!! The Way Ministry Reading have secured a premises in central Reading and we are delighted to announce that we will be able to offer food, shelter, clothing and showers to people who find themselves homeless!!
We can’t do this without the help and support of the people in Reading. We are recruiting volunteers in the following roles.
• 1 x Team Leader - 7.15pm to 11.15pm
• 5 x Welcome and host team – 7.30pm to 11pm
• 2 x Cooks – 7.30pm to 10.00pm
• 3 x Overnight volunteers – 11pm to 7.15am
• 3 x Breakfast and set down – 7.15am to 9.15am

Christmas day 2024
3 x Breakfast – 7.15am to 9.15am
5 x Christmas day hosts – 9am to 1pm
2 x Christmas dinner cooks – 10am to 1pm
5 x Set down Christmas dinner and hosts 1pm to 5pm
5 x Christmas day hosts – 5pm to 9pm
1 x Christmas supper cook – 6pm to 9pm
1 x Team Leader – 7.15pm to 11.15pm
5 x Christmas evening hosts – 9pm to 11.15pm
3 x Christmas overnight team – 11am to 7.15pm
