This is an opportunity for you to receive a free NHS health check and advice to improve your health.

Hexham community centre also host a wide range of activities including:

• FREE computer club at Hexham Community Centre – every 4th Thursday of the month. 11am – 1:00pm.

• FREE over 50s seated fitness – every Monday, 2pm – 2:30pmFun and friendly fitness group, suitable for all abilities and designed for the Over 50s. Everyone welcome.
