Feeling safe on our streets: Why women are angry and what needs to change !!

The tragic death of Sarah Everard sparked an emotional response and has launched a nationwide conversation about violence, abuse and harassment against women in the UK. According to a UN Women UK survey, 86% of women aged 18-24 have experienced sexual harassment, while 71% of women of all ages said they had been sexually harassed in public.

The panel, including Alexandra Topping, Jess Phillips MP, Andrea Simon and Dr Stephen Burrell will be exploring the urgent ongoing issue of women’s safety.

All profits from this event will be donated to relevant charities. Tuesday 30 March 7.30pm–8.30pm BST
