I don't know if its the weather but I feel a lickle rusty today... I'm updating and tweaking my website with Reading Community with informative news.
I find working from home is not the easiest task. and it is harder by the restrictions we are all experiencing. Mental health is a big issue now even more so and the statistics are getting higher.
In RCE Community News each month issues such as;
Mental Health for Men, Women, and Children
Health issues that affect Caribbean people
The best way to override the negative is to replace it with the positive. The only one who can take of you is 'you'... If you are finding that you are struggling there are many places that you can receive support.
Do not sit there and say to yourself 'I can cope !'
No, you can't, and should you need support you need to be asking 'where can I receive the help to get me through this !'.
I've provided some useful links please do not wait until you're too ill to receive the help and support you need.
Now I've written this I'll continue with my day. Ten to one, I'll be working way past my bedtime (it happens often). I give thanks that I can do what I do..
Keep smiling People
Bye for now
