A man was spotted on a rooftop in Blenheim Road east Reading today (Monday)
A large number of police officers with sniffer dogs and a police helicopter were spotted by people, one person who did not wish to be named said the man was walking across the rooftops, and the police closed a few roads in the area this is Reading247.com was told.
The man was on the rooftop for over an hour another eye witness told us if he would have slipped he would have killed himself, The Amblunce and Fire service were called.
A spokesperson at the Thames Valley Police media office said the man is down of the roof safe and we have now left the area, we were called to fear for welfare with a man on the roof in the area.
