The 'arrest and process of African & African-Caribbean youths' over the holidays.

The Metropolitan Police is operating a covert policy to arrest and process African & African-Caribbean youths over the holidays.

The tactic works like this:

1: assault and hand cuff the youth

2: agitate them until they get themselves arrested (for no crime having been committed) because they're acting aggressively

3: arrest and process the youth to get them in the system database, which is the goal

Processing:

a) Finger printing

b) DNA swab

c) Photograph

The next time the police harass them, they'll ask if they're known to police and put their name in for a check. Low and behold, they'll be on the database and that is how criminalising innocent youth starts

I was aware of this policy last year in North, East, South and West London. I observed it with my own eye's and interjected a couple of times.

This happened to my nephew on Saturday and concurrently happened to my good friends son at exactly the same time in South and East London respectively.

Today, I received unsolicited phone calls from parents with the same issue over the weekend.

RECOMMENDATION:

Parent's of African & African-Caribbean teens should warn your children of the potential of this happening to them.

If it does they will be cuffed without incident and provoked, warn them to stay calm irrespective of the officers behavior and to repeat (calmly)

*”why am I being detained, I haven't committed a crime and aren't aware of any crime”*

They are not under arrest whilst cuffed (but the tactic is for them to assume they're under arrest), they're merely being detained.
