Test to spot rare eye cancer in unborn babies rolled out across NHS…

The test picks up babies with retinoblastoma and there could be around 50 cases each year in England.


Retinoblastoma is a rare type of eye cancer that can affect young children, usually under the age of five. If it is picked up early, the condition can often be successfully treated and more than nine out of 10 children with it are cured.
