Mr Darnley Charles has sadly passed away on Friday 3rd February 2023 at his home in Grenada 🇬🇩.
He was a former resident in Reading, a prominent member of the Grenada Association and former💺Chairman of Reading Council for Racial Equality (RCRE). Condolences to his family.
