Flash to Reading Carnival 2019 Police and council have revoked there licence due to safety fears over last years events, were there were fights and stabbing at the carnival site in Reading.

Members of the Carnival committee are up in arms after all the hard work during the last 40 years may have gone to waste...

The carnival team are planning to appeal to the Reading Council and to Thames Valley Police to stage the Carnival in 2021.Carnvial is a major date in the Reading events calendar and the event needs to staged next May.

There will be a Virtual Carnival 2021. RCCG and RG2 Radio will be hosting this years Carnival via the Radio Station.
