*COMMUNITY UPDATE*

BWA are changing our Helpline hours from 1 August 2024.

This change to our service will ensure survivors have greater flexibility on when they can speak to our skilled and experience Helpline team directly, increasing opportunities to call in the evening or on a weekend.

From 1 August 2024, our Helpline hours will be:

Monday 9am-7pm

Tuesday 9am-5pm

Wednesday 9am-5pm

Thursday 9am-7pm

Friday 9am-5pm

Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm

Sunday and Bank Holidays CLOSED
