The NHS and Health officials will be coming to the Globe to help bridge the gap between Health Education in Black Communities.

There will be workshops on Diabetes, Sickle Cell and Menopause for Black Women. Benecol will be shipping their fridges in and giving away samples that help reduce cholesterol.

We'll have the finest food from African and Caribbean cuisines. The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust will also be giving free full health checks - the ones only offered every 5 years.

There will be something for everyone.
