📅✨ On the 26th May 2004, I sat in my spare bedroom, which I had turned into an office, and wondered if the phone would ever ring and if I’d ever make money again!

I had been a Corporate Travel Consultant for 18 years, but today, I was embarking on a new venture. Travel Counsellors were a home-working travel business, based in Bolton, and I’d already made the trip north to their head office to see if we’d be a good fit for each other.

I felt the love and decided to take the plunge and buy a Travel Counsellor franchise.

I’m so glad I did. In the 20 years I’ve been a Travel Counsellor, I’ve met so many colleagues, friends, business associates, and customers.

I’ve been able to travel the world while still building my business to such a level that I became a Gold Travel Counsellor and held this position for 10 years.

I started with zero sales and no customers, and to date have sold £12.5m worth of travel and have the most fabulous and loyal customers.
