Next month's meeting will support people wanting to give up *Bad Food Habits* and *Quit smoking*.

We’ll look at the health issues these habits cause like cancer, heart and lung disease’s, stroke, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD. As well as the financial and social concerns.

Perhaps you know *young people* who seem to think this does not affect them; learn of the irreversible damage smoking, bad food choices and stress can can have on any body.
