Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a man was found stabbed in Reading.
The force was called to a report of stabbing at the junction of Brayford Road and Lulworth Road at 3.50am today (7/11).
Members of the public found the victim, a man in his thirties, with stab wounds, and called the emergency services.
The victim is currently in hospital in a serious condition
A 33-year-old man from Reading has been arrested on suspicion of assault. He is currently in police custody at this time.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Maggie Bruce, of Reading CID, said: “We are in the early stages of this investigation into a man who has been stabbed.
“I would appeal to anyone or saw or heard anything in the vicinity of Brayford Road and Lulworth Road last night or in the early hours of today, to contact the police.
“If anyone has any footage, whether dashcam, doorbell camera, CCTV or mobile phone, from the area then also please come forward.
